Chad and I standing on my roof looking at the adjacent building which had just collapsed. I had noticed an "unsafe structure" warning slapped on the front door by the city about six months ago... guess they didn't realized just how bad it was. Luckily, no one was inside when it went for the ride. Strange happenings on this Thursday night in Winchester...
