Flew up to Chicago for a few days. Stayed at the Drake hotel. Saw a show, ate some food, boat ride, road around in a limo; the usual stuff. Pretty nice city. After that it was a day in Michigan on the lake and then back on to the real world, so to speak. Not too much longer till Paris, hopefully I can maintain until then.
